Unlock Your Mental Wellness Journey with Our Interactive Workshops
Workshop Offerings
Talking about mental health doesn’t have to be so serious—because, in fact, we talk about it all the time! Whether through music, art, or film, mental health themes are woven into the fabric of our culture. At The Love Catalyst, we take this approach to heart by using popular albums and songs by Black artists to introduce, discuss, and teach key mental health topics. Join us for a series of dynamic workshops where we’ll explore stress, resilience, and self-care, while breaking down mental health stigma—all with a vibe that feels familiar and uplifting.
